I sell self-hosted, sovereign infrastructure. It would be strange to run my own site on somebody else's platform, so I do not.

Where it runs

In a Docker container, in an LXC container, on my own Proxmox host. TLS terminates at my own reverse proxy. There is no managed platform underneath any of it, and no vendor who could take it down.

What it does not do

This site makes no requests to any third party. The fonts are served from this origin, not from Google. The images are served from this origin. There is no analytics, no tag manager, no cookie banner, because there is nothing to consent to.

The contact form

The form is protected by a captcha I host myself, not by Google. It is a proof of work challenge: your browser does a small amount of computation to prove it is not a bot, which means the form needs JavaScript to work. I think that is a fair trade for not reporting your visit to an advertising company.

How it is built

Astro, statically generated. Exactly one route is rendered on demand: the contact endpoint. Hand-written CSS, no framework. Type is IBM Plex, self-hosted.

Every image here is served from this origin. Where an image was generated rather than photographed, I say so, because someone who asks you to trust them with your infrastructure should not be vague about what is real.
